Urban Standard is a modern Facilities Management and property services business built around one simple idea: make maintaining and improving buildings easier for our clients. Founded by Managing Director Archie Shepperd, Urban Standard was created with a clear vision—to build an FM business that combines great people, strong relationships and high standards of delivery. We work predominantly across health, social care, education and commercial environments, providing reactive maintenance and project delivery throughout London, the Home Counties, Kent, Norfolk and the South Coast. From day-to-day repairs to complex improvements, our aim is to give clients one reliable team they can trust.

We’re building our own team of skilled engineers, project professionals and helpdesk support who understand our clients and the regional sites they operate in. That means better communication, greater accountability and a consistent standard of service from the first call to completion.
